Bob, Vice President at SDI, has been providing real estate as-built creation, asset tracking and management systems, and computer aided facility management services to corporate, industrial, institutional, and municipal clients for over twenty five years. Bob has a staff that supports a portfolio of over 792 buildings and over 152 million square feet of property information across the nation, providing building owners with technology services to most cost-effectively manage their properties. With SDI, Bob has provided clients with comprehensive electronic documentation and evacuation planning services to fully comply with the City of Chicago evacuation plan filing and signage ordinance requirements.
Bob has worked directly with the City of Chicago’s Police, Fire, Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC), and the Mayor’s Office helping to define, clarify, create, and maintain the High-Rise Building Emergency Plan and related City requirements. Bob is an active member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
