SDI incorporates environmentally sensitive best practices, products, and policies into our corporate culture, minimizing the carbon footprint in SDI and in our clients’ organizations. From sustainable considerations in the design and operation of our office space to environmentally conscious technology solutions, SDI actively pursues environmentally friendly technology systems, infrastructure, and support best practices.
SDI has a long history of giving back to our local communities. SDI’s CSR programming track record includes involvement with over 50 philanthropies in our local communities. At every level of the firm, SDI is active in sponsorships, in-kind professional services, financial support, and employee volunteer hours.
SDI believes that we can significantly impact our community’s workforce of tomorrow through our student internship program. SDI interns include minority high school, college, and post-college students, who receive hands-on project experience. SDI appreciates the value to students of having a first chance at being exposed to a professional work environment and working collaboratively on meaningful projects. Over 139 students have participated in SDI internships since the company’s inception.
