Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance (QA) includes the evaluation of overall project performance on the implementation of a vendor’s product on a regular basis to provide confidence that the product implementation will satisfy relevant quality standards and meet our client’s quality expectations. In addition, QA provides continuous improvement through feedback from our client to the SDI Team through regularly scheduled status meetings and Quality reviews.
