Technology Support for Major City’s Transit System
A major Transit Authority was seeking a partner to support the managed services for their network, servers, desktops, monitoring, and help desk functions.
A major Tollway contracted SDI to provide Quality Management services over the procurement and implementation process of the functions in conjunction with the assessment of vendor documentation, development of test cases and execution of independent testing, for a new Toll Collection Back Office Toll System (BOS) Replacement and associated ongoing system operations and maintenance, and the implementation of the selected BOS.
The objective of the Quality Management project is to ensure that accepted the Tollway’s business requirements have been validated and met in the final implemented solution.
