SDI will address the fundamentals and applied value of accurate square footage accounting and re-measurement initiatives. Led by SDI’s 30-year square footage accounting expert Bob Ladner, attendees will explore the BOMA standard history, terminology, calculation methods, when recalculation makes sense and cost expectations. Case studies and property methodology scenarios will be provided to illustrate the everyday use of square footage best practices by brokers, property managers, owners and architects.
