Change Management for Utility Billing Relief
A City’s Water Utility contracted SDI to provide water, sewer, and tax billing relief to the City’s non-metered customers through billing modifications
A major city’s Department of Water Management (DWM) personnel must manage the Accounts Receivable task, as well as overseeing the Database Maintenance, batch processing for Billing and Collections services. In addition, the qualified vendor will address all other requirements related to system interfaces and city ordinance requirements for the DWM Customer Service, Billing and Information Systems.
SDI was contracted to provide systems management, maintenance and production support which includes: data entry, overseeing database maintenance, batch processing, and addressing all other requirements related to system interfaces, and ordinance requirements for the DWM’s Customer Service, Billing and Information System.
SDI has been a trusted partner of the DWM since 1998 having assisted in the initial implementation of the Banner CIS. Post-implementation, SDI continues to provide maintenance and support with a staff of on- site personnel delivering infrastructure support services for the CIS application and associated interfaces.
