A West Coast City was seeking the services of a professional consultant to assist in completing a Needs Assessment Study.
The City contracted with SDI to establish an IT planning framework based on its strategic objectives. SDI began with an assessment of the City’s existing technology resources and use of those resources compared to best practices and the City’s goals and priorities. SDI then made recommendations to help improve IT service delivery and address the City’s immediate information technology needs.
