Fingerprinting Imaging System Services
An Office of Systems Integration contracted SDI to provide maintenance and operations services for its Fingerprint Imaging System.
The City contracted SDI to improve IT planning based on its strategic objectives. SDI began with an assessment of the City’s existing resources and use of those resources compared to best practices and the City’s goals and priorities. SDI then made recommendations, balancing between remediating the City’s immediate information technology needs, and providing the foundation for the City to reach the target IT maturity state.
