Services Delivered
Contractor’s hardware monitoring services include the following activities:
- Hardware monitoring and maintenance coordination
- Hardware failure monitoring and proactive management using the City’s implemented tools where applicable
- Participation in and coordination of server hardware upgrades
- Hardware warranty repair coordination
- Hardware upgrades as indicated by the City
- Tracking on-site spare parts provided by the City
- Participation in business strategy sessions and other aligned business activities
