Project Goals

The objective is to centralize and/or standardize Service Desk, Deskside Support, Data Center, Local Area Network (LAN) Administration, Wide Area Network (WAN) Administration, Network Administration, and Special Project Service functions and adopt a full Infrastructure Managed Services model.

Services Delivered

The SDI Team provides infrastructure managed service support to the Park District while offering flexible staffing options including SLA-driven support from our team of certified professionals. SDI provides desktop, network, server, email, active directory, backup, help desk, and data center technology. SDI’s ITIL-based support program ensures rapid event resolution, continuous program improvement, and performance management to consistently exceed client expectations and requirements.
