A major developer with assets across the U.S. contracted SDI to evaluate its current floor plans to establish safe, socially distanced tenant/visitor route patterns from building entrances to passenger elevators within the lobby of its high-rise building in the Downtown area.
SDI worked with the building management to create the most efficient and safe routes providing tenant access from the building entry points through security checkpoints to passenger elevators and delivered the floor plan layouts used by CIM to arrange the stanchioned routes within their building lobby.
Tenant lobby re-entry routes to the building were established with stanchions and checkpoint stations based on the drawing SDI provided to the client. Tenant re-entry went smoothly and building security was maintained.
