Doug Hillen brings more than a decade of ServiceNow experience to the firm
CHICAGO, May 28, 2024 — SDI Presence LLC (SDI), a technology consulting and managed services provider (MSP) and certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with Corporate Plus® designation from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), announces the addition of new Sales Executive Doug Hillen to its team. Hillen brings expertise in ServiceNow solutions, further enhancing SDI’s ability to deliver comprehensive IT services to its clients.
Hillen joins SDI with past experience as a ServiceNow Sales Specialist at Fujitsu, previously as a Market Development Director and ServiceNow Ecosystem Lead at Accenture. With his extensive background in the ServiceNow ecosystem, Hillen is well-positioned to drive growth and deliver tailored services for the firm’s clients. In his new role, Hillen will focus on helping clients to identify how ServiceNow can optimize their operations. With a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities, Hillen will contribute to the growth and expansion of SDI.
