CHICAGO, Illinois. June 27, 2018 — SDI Presence, LLC (SDI) announces that 10-year SDI veteran Jonathan Gair has been promoted to the Director of Operations. In his new role, Gair will support corporate operations across SDI’s Chicago headquarters and regional offices and lead corporate strategic initiatives across the firm’s existing sales, operations and partnering programs.
“I’ve worked with Jonathan since his days as a college intern for SDI and saw him successfully complete project after project,” says Mark Raffel, Chief Operations Officer at SDI Presence. “I’m extremely confident in Jonathan in his new role because he understands the level of customer presence and commitment required for both SDI and our clients to be successful.”
While at SDI, Jonathan has worked on a broad portfolio of projects, including multi-year client engagements and internal projects. In his new role, Gair will support day-to-day operations; including sales and vendor partnerships, project delivery processes and metrics, and interrelated back-office functions. Working along with SDI’s Delivery Executives, Account Managers, and Executive team, Gair will lead the continuous enhancement of SDI’s corporate SAP enterprise resource planning system to deliver a positive user experience and the ability to make quicker and informed decisions. Gair will also take on a lead role in the company’s SDIALIGN initiative, the firm’s customer relationship management program designed to reinforce its trusted advisory positioning and ensure that SDI teams are performing in line with our customer’s expectations.
“The insights that I have gained working with each SDI department have been invaluable in understanding the important aspects of delivering successful projects, and the behind-the-scenes work that allows the delivery teams to be effective,” says Gair. “As Director of Operations, I look forward to assisting our team with maintaining a smooth sales-to-delivery workflow, and day-to-day delivery team support.”
Earlier this year, Jonathan received SDI’s inaugural Presence Award. The annual award recognizes outstanding performance and representation of SDI’s values in the workplace.
