MBRE Healthcare, an operating division of MB Real Estate Services Inc., is a full-service real estate company that develops, acquires, leases and manages healthcare real estate across the United States. MBRE currently owns, manages and leases over 4.5 million square feet of properties across the country. SDI will provide several property intelligence services to enable MBRE Owners/Managers and Leasing managers to adeptly manage the space of the properties: The SDI team will field-verify existing conditions, calculate square footage per BOMA 2010 standards and produce CAD building files. The MBRE team will have secured access to all critical building information through SDI’s on-line commercial real estate (CRE) portal, ProfolioSM, including accurate vacant and rentable square footage, lease abstracts and expiration dates, printable CADD drawings and floor plans, and stacking plans. SDI’s dedicated CRE team will continuously update the property’s information and provide daily on-going support, including customized broker mailers.
