CHICAGO, September 4, 2024 — SDI PRESENCE LLC (SDI), an IT services firm, announces Omowale Casselle's appointment as the new Vice President of Xchange. Omowale brings a wealth of experience driving innovative technology solutions and forging strategic partnerships—making him a valuable addition to XCHANGE.
Omowale joins Xchange with a distinguished track record in the technology and talent development industry. At Ford Motor Company, he led the development of safety control technology for various vehicle platforms. While at Redbox, he helped design, develop and launch kiosk, web and mobile applications to achieve business goals; earning 2 U.S. patents in the process. Most recently, he worked to develop groundbreaking partnerships with leading employers SAP & John Deere to place technical talent from underrepresented backgrounds in apprenticeships.

In his new role, Casselle's responsibilities include leading client and partnership development, as well as overseeing the staffing and mentoring of apprentices from community-based training programs. This will happen as Xchange secures new client accounts and strives to open up new economic growth opportunities for underrepresented talent in the tech industry.
