CHICAGO, March 6, 2017 – SDI (SDI Presence LLC), the mission-critical IT systems integrator, proudly participated in the 17th Annual Chicago Polar Plunge, benefiting the Special Olympics Chicago/Special Children's Charities. The SDI Team, who joined as part of Peoples Gas' Team Kevin, raised over $7000 which contributed to Peoples' fundraising total of over $57,000.

Peoples Gas/Team Kevin honors Kevin Stapleton, the older brother of recent Peoples Gas retiree Mark Stapleton, who participated in the inaugural Special Olympics in 1968. He still has all his awards from that event and subsequent competitions.
