Gupta Refocuses Firm on Local Presence and Areas of Expertise
CHICAGO, IL - June 1, 2016 – SDI Presence LLC (SDI) today announces that it has acquired substantially all the assets of mission-critical systems integrator SDI Solutions LLC. SDI founder David A. Gupta will reclaim the helm of the firm as CEO, on the eve of company’s twentieth year in business.
Gupta founded SDI Solutions in 1996 as an information technology professional services firm serving local government, utilities, and commercial real estate sectors. The firm quickly grew its services offering to include complex enterprise application deployments, mission-critical infrastructure services, and integrated electronic security systems. Today, the firm’s client portfolio includes major government, airport, tolling, commercial banks and healthcare organizations, with SDI providing IT advisory services, technology deployment, and long-term managed services. SDI employs 130 business and technical professionals and credits its sterling customer satisfaction and SLA compliance records for its list of long-term marquee clients.
