CHICAGO – September 17, 2025 – SDI Presence LLC (SDI), a leading IT consultancy and managed services provider, announces the appointment of David R. Deal as Principal ServiceNow Solutions Architect. Deal joins SDI with more than three decades of IT leadership and ServiceNow expertise spanning both public and private sectors.
Deal brings a proven track record in ServiceNow pre-sales solutioning, enterprise ITx Management (Operations, System, and Asset), and digital transformation strategy. Most recently, he served as a Senior Solutions Consultant at NewRocket, where he delivered ServiceNow solutions that modernized IT operations and advanced clients’ business objectives.
In his new role at SDI, Deal will lead strategic solution design and pre-sales engagements across the ServiceNow ecosystem, helping clients align enterprise architecture with measurable outcomes. He will also partner closely with SDI’s sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution from design through delivery.
