CHICAGO, November 21, 2024 — SDI Presence LLC (SDI), a leading IT services firm specializing in managing critical infrastructure and systems, announces the addition of Richard Rosenstiel as Client Account Lead – Utilities. With more than two decades of experience in IT leadership within the utility sector, Rosenstiel brings exceptional expertise in transformational project execution, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
In his new role, Rosenstiel will work closely with senior utility executives to align IT strategies with business goals. He will build and nurture trusted client relationships and oversee complex program delivery to ensure exceptional results for both new and existing clients.
In his most recent role as IT Program Director for the Fission Program at Exelon Corporation, Rosenstiel successfully orchestrated the technology aspects of Constellation's separation from Exelon. Rosenstiel’s leadership ensured a seamless operational transition while driving regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, he previously led the optimization of the long-range IT investment portfolio—advancing digital transformation across multiple utilities and delivering substantial business value.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and licensed attorney in Illinois, Rosenstiel combines a unique blend of legal acumen and technical expertise. His contributions to EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute) projects reflect a commitment to advancing utility research and innovation—enhancing grid reliability and promoting energy efficiency.
Rosenstiel earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
