At the onset of each command center build, SDI conducts thorough Concept of Operations (CONOPS) exercises across multiple stakeholder departments, similar to military command center planning. SDI assists our clients with developing standard operating procedures for the new center, leveraging our SDI’s Situational Awareness Management Solution (or SAMS) model to automate and reduce the steps involved in responding to a particular incident – dramatically increasing efficiency and reducing response times.
