A large metropolitan aviation authority responsible for one of the nation’s busiest airports manages a vast network of facilities and infrastructure assets. However, asset information was inconsistent and lacked standardized governance. The organization needed a structured approach to improve asset data quality, establish clear ownership, and create consistent standards for how assets were identified, tagged, and maintained. Solution
