SDI Real Estate Practice Reaches Over 60M Square Feet of Property Information Under Management
Chicago, IL – February 27, 2019 – IT managed services provider (MSP) and consultancy SDI Presence LLC (SDI), announced today that Project Manager John Kuczura has been promoted to Delivery Executive of the firm’s growing Real Estate practice for commercial, industrial, financial, and corporate properties. In his new role, John will direct the firm’s Real Estate consulting team in their daily operations including project delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.

John is a seasoned Real Estate industry expert with over three decades of supervisory experience working with teams in facility management, emergency planning, commercial real estate leasing, architecture, and building mechanical systems. Throughout his career at SDI, John led teams that recalculated more than 1,200 buildings and over 200 Million Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of space according to BOMA standards throughout the United States. Under his direction, the SDI Team has conducted over 60 BOMA 2017 recalculations in the past year. In his new Delivery Executive role, John will directly oversee SDI’s dedicated team of real estate industry professionals, who are certified in AutoCAD and Revit systems.
