95% of Customers Reporting High Level of Satisfaction with SDI Delivered Services

The first annual survey was conducted across the SDI client base, and results indicate that SDI’s responsiveness and product vendor independence were leading factors in guiding client organizations through successful technology implementations.
SDI clients’ cite the firm’s ability to quickly respond to client requests throughout the project lifecycle, from initial project proposals, to expeditious project issue resolution, through exceptional support services. SDI Quality Relationship Management staff measures three areas of professional services delivered by the firm: technical and professional performance, SDI team talent and skill set, and conformance with budget expectations.
