SDI partnered with one of the top 10 commercial banks in the US, operating nearly 3,500 branch banks in 25 states with over 5,000 ATMs.
In 1999, the bank contracted SDI to provide remedial technical support services and maintenance for its CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring and anti-skimming devices at 64 branches. As of 2015, the bank’s security team has expanded SDI’s services to more than 1,800 branches in 13 states, as well as several governmental processing facilities, cash vaults, office buildings and command centers. The company also chooses SDI for security-related construction, including new bank branches and office remodels, government facilities and cash vaults.
The bank sought a dedicated and customer service driven partner to provide emergency and non-emergency service and preventive maintenance services for its branch facilities. SDI is required to meet monthly Critical Performance Indicators ensuring the bank’s electronic security equipment is fully operational and OCC compliant.
