Fingerprinting Imaging System Services
An Office of Systems Integration contracted SDI to provide maintenance and operations services for its Fingerprint Imaging System.
SDI was contracted by a West Coast City to provide professional consulting services for an IT assessment and development of an IT Strategic Plan, which included evaluation of their current Governance and IT organizational structure. We utilized our proven assessment and strategic planning methodology and tools, which resulted in the following client deliverables: Project Schedule/Work Plan, Interview Schedule Matrix, Document Request List, Kickoff Presentation, Voice of the User Survey (Online), Voice of the User Survey Results Document, Assessment Document (Draft and Final), IT Project Portfolio (Enterprise, IT, and Department-specific), Prioritization Workshop Summary Document, and IT Strategic Plan Document (Draft and Final).

The IT Strategic Plan enabled the City to better allocate its information technology resources and to obtain greater benefits for its investments in information technology. The plan in conjunction with the establishment of a more thorough process for the governance of the City-wide use of information technology provided both a process and a baseline to enable the City to more effectively respond to new and/or changing requirements by proactively adapting processes, organization, people, and infrastructure.
