An Office of Systems Integration contracted SDI to provide maintenance and operations services for its Fingerprint Imaging System.
A major City was seeking evaluation and assistance in the solicitation process for an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP).
The objective was to review the use of the City’s current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System (PeopleSoft Financials and HRMS). From that review, develop a set of requirements, additional features, and best practices that will be used to create a Request for Proposals (RFP) to either upgrade or replace the current ERP.
