Thank You, Sharee: A Tribute to a Remarkable Leader

Today, I have the bittersweet honor of celebrating a remarkable leader, partner, and friend, Sharee Wolff, on her retirement from SDI Presence.

From the very beginning, Sharee has brought her sharp intellect, steady hand, and deep financial acumen to SDI during a pivotal time in our company’s journey. Her leadership as Chief Financial Officer has been instrumental in shaping the strong, sustainable business we are today. Her fingerprints are on every major milestone—from our strategic acquisitions and record-setting growth to the development of our internal financial infrastructure that supports both innovation and operational excellence.

But Sharee’s impact reaches far beyond balance sheets and boardrooms. She exemplifies what it means to lead with both rigor and heart. Sharee approached every challenge with resilience, every opportunity with insight, and every team member with respect.

Personally, I am incredibly grateful for Sharee’s guidance, support, and steady presence over these past three decades. She has been a true partner to me and to the entire executive team, helping us navigate complexity with clarity and make decisions that balanced bold vision with financial discipline.

As Sharee transitions into this exciting new chapter, she leaves behind a strong legacy and a finance team well-equipped to carry us forward. While we will miss her leadership day to day, we know that her influence will be long lasting.
