Social Security Administration Renews SDI for Security Technology Program

CHICAGO, Sept. 15, 2015 – SDI (SDI Solutions LLC), the mission-critical IT systems integrator, announces that the U.S. Social Security Administration has elected to extend SDI’s contract to provide security technology services for its DC-based operations. Providing managed security services to the SSA since 2011, SDI will provide CCTV and access control system support and installation services at an undisclosed number of locations.

The SSA’s Central Office is headquartered in WoodlawnMaryland and operates with a staff of almost 60,000 employees. The SSA operates a network of over 1,400 offices including field offices, teleservice centers, processing centers and hearing offices. The SSA is the largest social welfare program in the United States.

The SDI Team provides 24/7 remediation and preventive maintenance for the SSA’s electronic security environment.
