CHICAGO, March 26, 2018 – IT managed services provider SDI (SDI Presence LLC) announces that it has completed the acquisition of NexLevel Information Technology, Inc. (NexLevel), a West Coast IT management consultancy. The acquisition reinforces SDI’s local delivery capability throughout California while deepening its IT consulting expertise.

Founded in 1999 by long-time technology leaders Terry Hackelman and Frank Otto, NexLevel’s portfolio of clients includes utilities and 120 state, county, and local government agencies along the West Coast. The firm clients include California Highway Patrol, California Correctional Healthcare Services, City of San Diego, City of Sacramento, and numerous other City, County, and municipal utilities throughout West Region.
